One document, written for your board, not for you to rewrite. What was submitted and to whom, what is waiting on a decision and when that decision lands, what was declined and what it taught us, the full funder pipeline with fit scores and a link to the evidence behind every deadline, and the hours of work behind all of it.

It reports work done and requests made. It never forecasts awards.

The Funder Tracker

Every funder in play on one page: stage, deadline, amount, fit score, the link to the funder's own guidelines, the next action and who owns it. Yours to open any day of the month, not a report you wait for. A board member can read the whole pipeline off it in about a minute.

Each row shows the date a person last read that funder's page.

The work behind them

Funder research, refreshed monthly. A live shortlist of 15 to 25 funders that actually fit your cause, geography, budget size and openness to a request like yours.
Letters of inquiry and full proposals, written. Drafted from your own documents and data, sent to you for one revision round, then submitted.
Deadline verification. Every deadline is read off the funder's own published page, never an aggregator, and re-read if it is more than 30 days old. A wrong deadline costs a whole cycle, so it is checked mechanically rather than from memory.
Fact checking before anything goes to a funder. Every figure in a draft has to trace back to a document you gave us. Anything that cannot be traced does not ship.
One 45 minute working session a month, walking the report and setting next month's targets.

What we do not do

No percentage of awards, ever. Flat fee only, in line with the Grant Professionals Association Code of Ethics. Contingent grant fees are considered unethical in this field.
No guarantee of funding, from us or from anyone who is being straight with you.
No federal grants. Foundation and corporate only. Federal work is referred out.
No post award grant management or funder reporting, unless it is added to the agreement.

What you can judge this on

A list of wins that cannot be attached to named clients is not evidence. What you can check for yourself, before you pay anything:

The writing. Full letters of inquiry and a complete foundation proposal, written for clearly fictional organizations because a real client's proposal is not ours to share.
The artifacts. The report and tracker described above, in full, before you pay anything.
The trial. One real proposal or letter of inquiry, for one real funder, for $750, with no obligation after it.

Fees are flat and never a share of any award. The $750 trial is credited against month one if a retainer starts within 14 days of delivery.
